1. NO CHANGES in the store.

4. Wabi sabi will not be responsible for paying the taxes of each country,

    it will be the buyer who pays their taxes. 

5. Wabi Sabi will not be responsible for paying extra customs charges.

6. If the package is not received on the third delivery attempt, Wabi Sabi will only be able to apply 50% of the total refund of the purchase, since upon returning to the origin Wabi Sabi has to pay the costs of returning the package.

7. To apply for a refund: IN CASE OF DEFECT  ​ From the date of receipt of your order you have 24 hours.

To make any clarification, after 24 hours. Your clarification will not be valid. 

Send your refund request via email or DM, with the evidence (product photos jpg file.) and tell us what went wrong. ​ Once your refund request is processed, you have 3 business days to return your Wabi Sabi, after 3 business days it will no longer be possible to apply the refund.

When applying the refund, the customer will pay for both shipments.

 

The shipping costs for the return of your Wabi Sabi will be absorbed by you. Once you have the tracking guide for the package to be returned, you must send us via email: the package and the tracking number.  ​ When we receive the returned package, we will apply the refund to you (it will be reflected in your account in 1 to 5 business days).
